Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible
Gabriel Vitor Pereira Araujo, Av. Carlos Edmundo Landaeta, 323, Santana do Paraíso, MG, 35179-000, Brazil, operating as Grocery Budget Lab. Questions or requests: support@grocerybudgetlab.shop.
2. What we collect
- When you buy: Stripe, our payment processor, collects your name, email address, card details and billing country or address. We receive your name, email, billing country, the amount paid and the order ID. We never receive your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you write, so we can answer.
- When you visit: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver and secure the site.
- Campaign tags: links we post on social media may include tags such as
utm_contentthat name the post you came from. If you buy, that tag is passed to Stripe with your order so we know which post led to the sale. It does not identify you.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not store identifiers in your browser. We do not use advertising pixels or sell your data. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, our page does not load analytics at all. Stripe's checkout page, which is operated by Stripe, may use its own cookies for fraud prevention.
4. How we use it
- To process your order, deliver the files and send receipts.
- To answer support and refund requests.
- To understand, in aggregate, which posts bring visitors and sales.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations and to prevent fraud.
We do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask to receive them.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store (Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting), with professional advisers such as accountants, or when required by law. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require (currently 5 years). Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask what we hold about you, by emailing support@grocerybudgetlab.shop. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states), you may have additional rights; we will not treat you differently for using them. We may need to keep some order data where the law requires it.
8. Data location
We and our providers may process data outside your state or country, including in Brazil.
9. Children
The Product is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
