Terms of Sale
1. Who we are
This website and the product "The 30-Day Grocery Budget System" (the "Product") are offered under the brand Grocery Budget Lab by Gabriel Vitor Pereira Araujo, Av. Carlos Edmundo Landaeta, 323, Santana do Paraíso, MG, 35179-000, Brazil ("we", "us"). Contact: support@grocerybudgetlab.shop.
2. What you are buying
The Product is a digital download made of two PDF files (a 33-page guide and a one-page Start Here) and one Excel workbook (.xlsx). Nothing is shipped. The Product is a meal-planning and budgeting tool; it is not an app, a subscription or a live price service.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page in U.S. dollars (currently $19.90) and is charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. Your bank may charge foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fees, which are outside our control. The price shown is the total we charge; we do not add sales tax at checkout.
4. Delivery
After a successful payment you are redirected to a download page with links to the files. Please download and save the files right away. If you cannot access the download page, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will send the files.
5. License
When you buy the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own household. You may print it and make copies for your own use. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, or redistribute the files or any substantial part of them, with or without changes.
6. Prices, nutrition and food safety
All grocery costs in the Product are estimates based on U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics average prices for September 2026 plus our own marked estimates for items without a BLS series. Your store's prices will differ, and we do not promise any specific savings. The Product is not medical, dietary or nutrition advice. Recipes list major allergens, but you are responsible for reading labels and for following food-safety guidance (for example, from the USDA).
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Product is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in the place where you live.
