Refund Policy
1. What this covers
This policy applies to purchases of "The 30-Day Grocery Budget System", a digital download sold by Gabriel Vitor Pereira Araujo under the brand Grocery Budget Lab.
2. Refund window
If you are not happy with the Product, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price. You don't need to give a reason.
3. How to ask
Email support@grocerybudgetlab.shop from the address you used at checkout (or include it), with your order date. We reply within 2 business days.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days. Any foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fee charged by your bank is outside our control.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually solve the problem faster.
Your rights under consumer-protection laws that apply to you are not affected by this policy.
